N. Douglas Schneider & Associates, Inc. is dedicated to providing quality Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services to Southeastern Massachusetts.

We provide service associated with residential development or re-development. From small subdivision developments to single lot septic system repairs.

We will help guide you through the maze of permitting encountered today. From the local Conservation Commission, Board of Health or Planning Board through State and Federal agencies.

Established in 1995, we have been in the same location for over 12 years.

We employ the latest technology to prepare our plans. We use a fully robotic Topcon Total Station and Data Collector to gather our survey data. Autodesk Land Development Software is employed to develop accurate 'to scale' working plans of your site, from which development plans are prepared showing your proposed project.
